Dave Peterson, Lancaster, WI. He probes the ground with a metal rod, digs up and cleans buried tombstones in small cemeteries. He was cleaned the Civil War Monument on the grounds of the Grant County Court House as well as Westwood Episcopalian cemetery in Lancaster where Nelson Dewey is buried. Has done over 100 Civil War monuments in Hillside at Lancaster. Also has done Bonham, Dyer and Osceola cemeteries. He cleans the area around the cemetery and tries to find someone to keep the cemetery clean once this has been accomplished. It is a labor of love since he has retired. He has posted the information on Find-A-Grave as he accomplishes these tasks.
